Fairy Coloring Pages
Tiny fairies with wings live all over these 32 sheets. One swings from the moon, one naps inside a tulip and one paddles a leaf boat across a pond. Small children usually go for the cartoon fairies with big eyes and a bun in their hair.
Later on, the fairies look more grown-up. One flies over a sleeping village with a lantern, and another paints a rainbow from a cloud. Near the end, the fairy coloring pages have patterned wings that take a while to finish. Kids who like these often enjoy our mermaid coloring pages as well.

Fun Facts About Fairies
Fairies come from old stories, mostly from Ireland, Scotland and England. In those tales, fairies were tiny and lived in the woods, in hills or under mushrooms. People said a ring of mushrooms in the grass was a place where fairies danced at night. Some families still leave a tiny door at the bottom of a tree for fairies to use.

Frequently asked questions
Good first fairy for a little one?
Go for the moon swing, the mushroom or the star wand sheet, since their lines are the simplest.
Did these fairies come from a cartoon?
Our own artists drew all of them. None come from a show or a film.
How about a fairy birthday party?
Print the moon swing, the stump house and the friends flying hand in hand. Add stickers and glitter glue for the wings.
What helps with the busy wing pages?
Keep your pencils sharp and do one part of the wing at a time. Leave a few spots white so the wings look shiny.
Where does the idea of a fairy ring come from?
In old stories, a ring of mushrooms showed where fairies had danced. Today we know the ring is just how some mushrooms grow.
