Good reasons to get in touch
- Request a subject. If your class needs pages on something we do not cover yet, tell us. Requests genuinely shape what gets drawn next.
- Report a page that prints badly. Faint lines, artwork running off the edge, a PDF that will not open. Include the page address so we can find it.
- Correct something. A wrong label on a page, a broken link, a caption that does not match the picture.
- Copyright and takedowns. Everything here is original artwork. If you believe a page infringes your rights, write with the page address and a description of the work, and we will look at it straight away.
- Working together. Teachers, libraries, and anyone printing our pages in volume are welcome to say hello.
Things we cannot help with
We do not sell printed copies, and we cannot fix a printer we cannot see. If a page prints faint, the printing guide solves it more often than not.
Before you write
Tell us the page address, what you did, and what happened. One line of detail saves a round trip and gets you a useful answer the first time.
