ColoringBird

Privacy Policy

Updated

This page explains what happens to information when you visit ColoringBird. The short version is that we do not ask you for anything, and nothing stands between you and a coloring page.

What we collect directly

Nothing. Downloading a page asks you for no personal details at all. If you choose to email us, we hold that message so we can reply to it, and nothing more.

Information collected automatically

Like any website, our server records ordinary technical details when a page loads. That includes your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for, and the time of the request. These records help us keep the site working and spot abuse. They are not used to build a profile of you.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful, how visitors arrive, and which subjects to draw more of. Analytics tells us that a page was viewed. It does not tell us who you are. Google's own privacy policy covers how they handle that data, and you can opt out with Google's browser add-on.

To keep the site fast, analytics does not load until you move the mouse, touch the screen, or scroll. A visitor who opens a page and leaves immediately is never measured at all.

Advertising

We may show ads to keep the site free. Ad providers, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendors at aboutads.info. Turning it off means you still see ads, just less relevant ones.

Cookies

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. Cookies that do appear come from the analytics and advertising services described above. Every browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings, and the coloring pages will still download normally if you do.

Children

The coloring pages are drawn for children, but the site is intended to be used by a parent, teacher, or another adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal details, write to us and we will delete them.

Links to other sites

Some pages link out, for example to printing advice or a service we mention. Once you follow a link, that site's own policy applies, not ours.

Your choices

You can block cookies, use a private browsing window, install Google's analytics opt-out add-on, or turn off personalised ads. None of it affects your ability to download and print anything here.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
